Ingredients

- 1 cup ocean spray cranberry juice cocktail
- 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry gelatin powder
- 1 (16 ounce) can ocean spray jellied cranberry sauce
- 2 cups frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
Recipe
- 1 heat cranberry juice cocktail to boiling in a saucepan.
- 2 remove from heat.
- 3 stir in raspberry gelatin until dissolved.
- 4 using an electric mixer on high speed, beat cranberry sauce in a small bowl for 1 minute.
- 5 stir into gelatin mixture.
- 6 chill until it begins to thicken, but not set.
- 7 gently mix in whipped topping, using a rubber scraper.
- 8 spoon into serving dishes or prepared pie shell.
- 9 chill until firm.
- 10 makes 8 servings.
