Mom's Sticky Bun Coffee Cake

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (12 count) package frozen dinner rolls, dough (like rhodes rolls)
  • 1 (4 1/8 ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Recipe

  • 1 spray bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 2 sprinkle 1/4 cup chopped nuts in bottom of pan.
  • 3 place frozen roll dough in pan.
  • 4 sprinkle remaining nuts over top of dough.
  • 5 melt sugar, pudding mix and butter in pan and just bring to a boil.
  • 6 pour over rolls in pan.
  • 7 cover with towel or greased plastic wrap and let raise overnight.
  • 8 bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  • 9 let rest in pan 5 minutes and then invert on a plate, serve warm.
