Ingredients

- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 2 3/4 cups milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
- 1 peanut butter pudding: mix sugar, cornstarch and salt. gradually add milk and cook over medium heat until thick and bubbling.
- 2 stir constantly.
- 3 remove from heat, add 1 cup peanut butter and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
- 4 cool; times do not include refrigeration time.
