- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup half-and-half or 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 combine sugar,cornstarch and salt.
- 2 stir in milk and half and half.
- 3 bring to boil cook and stir 2 minutes.
- 4 remove from heat.
- 5 stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
- 6 refrigerate.
