Mocha Parfaits For 2

Ingredients

• Servings: 2
• 1/4 cup whipped topping
• 1/2 teaspoon powdered instant coffee
• 1 cup prepared chocolate pudding

Recipe

• 1 mix instant coffee with 1/2 tsp water til dissolved, then mix with pudding.
• 2 alternate layers of pudding and whipped toppig in two parfait glasses or dessert dishes, ending with whipped topping.
• 3 chill.
• 4 garnish with chocolate curls.
• 5 to make chocolate curls, run a vegetable peeler over a room-temperature bar of chocolate. use a toothpick to pick up the fragile curls.
