Mama Mac's Bundt Pound Cake

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 (4 ounce) box instant lemon pudding mix
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f mix all cake ingredients well. place into greased bundt cake pan. bake for 35 minutes.
• 2 remove from oven, allow to cool 5 minutes, then invert onto serving platter.
• 3 mix confectioners' sugar with lemon juice. pour over cooled cake.
