Lithuanian Potato Pudding

Ingredients

- 10 large potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 5 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
- 2 grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- 3 peel and grate potatoes, mince the onion and mix the two together.
- 4 fry bacon until crisp; pour bacon fat over potatoes, and crumble.
- 5 bacon into mixture.
- 6 add eggs, one at a time, mixing well; add salt and milk.
- 7 pour mixture into prepared pan.
- 8 bake for 15 minutes.
- 9 top should be brown and crispy.
