Jan's Nothing Pudding

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl use an electric beater to beat the egg until frothy then slowly add in the sugar and finally the vanilla and beat until stiff.
- 2 add the gelatin to the hot water and allow to dissolve, then add slowly to egg mixture.
- 3 continue beating until very thick and stiff. this could take 5mins or more. add drops of food colouring while beating if desired.
- 4 pour or spoon into a bowl to set.
- 5 suggestion:.
- 6 place in a glass bowl and place over a layer of either fresh or canned fruit.
- 7 cover with a layer of whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
