- 1 1/2 tablespoons gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 3/4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 heat gelatine and water in saucepan, stir till disolved.
- 2 add milk, sugar, honey, and vanilla and heat for 5 minutes.
- 3 poor into 6 molds,
- 4 refrigerate overnight,.
- 5 to serve unmold the puddings onto plates then drizzle with honey.
