Honey Milk Puddings

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 tablespoons gelatin
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 3/4 cups milk
• 1/4 cup caster sugar
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

• 1 heat gelatine and water in saucepan, stir till disolved.
• 2 add milk, sugar, honey, and vanilla and heat for 5 minutes.
• 3 poor into 6 molds,
• 4 refrigerate overnight,.
• 5 to serve unmold the puddings onto plates then drizzle with honey.
