Dot's Quick Shake Ginger Pudding

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons marmalade or 2 tablespoons apricot jam
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe

  • 1 beat well together (or shake well in quick shake)the first 6 ingredients.
  • 2 then, add the ground ginger and baking soda, and beat/shake well again.
  • 3 pour into greased casserole/pie dish.
  • 4 bake at 180 c/ 350 f for 30 to 45 minutes.
