Dates And Cream, A Dessert From Oman

Ingredients

• 100 g dates
• 200 ml cream, heavy
• sugar, to taste (optional)
• 5 almonds
• 5 pistachios

Recipe

• 1 wash and remove seed from100 grams dates.
• 2 beat 200 ml cream until its thick, beat in any sugar you will be using if desired, being sure to beat until sugar is dissolved.
• 3 slice 5 almonds and 5 pistachios finely.
• 4 in a deep platter place cream and dates and garnish with almonds and pistachios.
• 5 chill and serve.
