Date Walnut Pudding

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup dates, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs well. gradually add sugar, beating contantly until thickened. sift flour and baking powder together. stir in walnut and dates. c ombine dry ingredients with the flour mixture. pur batter into well greased 1 quart casserole dish and sprinkle with cinnamon. bake in slow oven; 300 for 35 minute serve with shipped cream or ice cream.
