Chocolicious Bread Pudding Muffins

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 1 3/4 cups low-fat milk
- 3 large egg whites or 3 large eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 cups cubed cinnamon bread or 6 cups egg bread (1/2-inch)
- 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chip
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 in a medium bowl, combine milk, egg whites, sugar and vanilla.
- 3 mix well.
- 4 stir in bread cubes and chocolate chips.
- 5 mix well.
- 6 let stand at room temperature 10 minutes.
- 7 spoon mixture into 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
- 8 bake 30 minutes or until puffed and set.
- 9 serve warm, at room temperature or chilled.
