Chocolatey Cocoa Pudding

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 in a small saucepan, combine cocoa, cornstarch and sugar until thoroughly mixed.
  • 2 add milk and stir until no lumps remain.
  • 3 stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat.
