Chocolatey Cocoa Pudding

Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 in a small saucepan, combine cocoa, cornstarch and sugar until thoroughly mixed.
- 2 add milk and stir until no lumps remain.
- 3 stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat.
- 4 the pudding will suddenly thicken near the boiling point.
