Chocolate-ice-cream

Total Time: 4 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 4 hrs Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 400 ml heavy cream
  • 100 g unsweetened chocolate squares
  • 50 ml coffee
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons cognac

Recipe

  • 1 stir heavy cream over medium heat just till boiling.
  • 2 reduce heat.
  • 3 add chocolate, coffee and sugar and mix well, until everything disolved well.
  • 4 add cognac.
