Chocolate Cherry Bread Pudding

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 5 large eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups 2% low-fat chocolate milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond extract
  • 1 (10 ounce) loaf stale french bread, cut into 1-inch cubes (7 cups)
  • 1 cup dried cherries

Recipe

  • 1 preheat over to 325°.
  • 2 grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • 3 mix together eggs, chocolate milk and almond extract until blended.
  • 4 add the bread cubes and mix by hand until moistened.
  • 5 fold in cherries.
  • 6 pour into baking dish and bake 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
  • 7 serve warm.
