Chocolate Cherry Bread Pudding

Ingredients

- 5 large eggs, beaten
- 3 cups 2% low-fat chocolate milk
- 1 tablespoon almond extract
- 1 (10 ounce) loaf stale french bread, cut into 1-inch cubes (7 cups)
- 1 cup dried cherries
Recipe
- 1 preheat over to 325°.
- 2 grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- 3 mix together eggs, chocolate milk and almond extract until blended.
- 4 add the bread cubes and mix by hand until moistened.
- 5 fold in cherries.
- 6 pour into baking dish and bake 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
- 7 serve warm.
