Chocolate Brandy Pudding

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 180 g dark chocolate
  • 140 g unsalted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 125 g caster sugar
  • 125 g plain flour
  • 60 ml brandy
  • cocoa, to dust

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 180 c.
  • 2 lightly grease 8 ramekins.
  • 3 melt cho and butter in bowl over pot of simmering water.
  • 4 set aside when combined and melted.
  • 5 using electric beaters beat sugar and eggs and yolks together till pale.
  • 6 fold choc mixture into egg mixture alternately with flour.
  • 7 spoon pudding into ramekins, cook 15 minutes till just set.
  • 8 set aside for 15 minutes then pour a little brandy over each pudding.
  • 9 dust with cocoa and serve with ice cream.
