Hot Fudge Pudding (diabetic)

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar substitute
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons liquid shortening
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar substitute
  • 1 3/4 cups boiling water

Recipe

  • 1 sift flour, sugar substitute, baking soda and salt into medium bowl.
  • 2 melt one square of the chocolate.
  • 3 add vinegar, milk, shortening and melted chocolate to the flour mixture.
  • 4 stir to blend.
  • 5 pour into well greased 8" square dish.
  • 6 sprinkle with brown sugar substitute.
  • 7 add remaining chocolate to the boiling water, heat until the chocolate is melted.
  • 8 pour chocolate-water mixture over pudding batter.
  • 9 bake 350°f.
  • 10 45 minutes.
  • 11 serve warm.
