Ingredients

- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup finely chopped dried peaches
- 4 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in 2 quart casserole.
- 2 bake, uncovered, in a 325 degree f. oven for 2 1/2 hours, or until rice is tender. stir occasionally as it cooks.
- 3 cool. pudding thickens and becomes creamy as it cools.
