- 1 cup fat free milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons fat, free (helps to thicken) or 2 tablespoons sugar free pudding (helps to thicken)
- handful frozen strawberries
Recipe
- 1 blend milk, powders and pudding for 2 minutes then blend in strawberries for 2 minutes, then add ice!
