Chocolate Mousse

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup cold evaporated milk
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • chocolate curls (optional)
  • fresh strawberries, sliced (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in blender, combine the milk, vanilla, sugar, chocolate and salt; cover and process until smooth, about 1 minute; transfer to a large bowl.
  • 2 in small mixing bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form.
  • 3 fold into chocolate mixture.
  • 4 spoon into dessert dishes.
  • 5 refrigerate until serving.
  • 6 garnish with chocolate curls and strawberries, if desired.
