Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 combine milk, rice, sugar, and chocolate in a 2 or 3 quart pan.
- 2 place pan on burner over medium heat.
- 3 cook, stirring often, until pudding is thick and creamy, about 20 minutes. take off burner.
- 4 stir in vanilla.
- 5 spoon into serving dishes; cool about 10 minutes.
- 6 serve warm or cold.
