- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 combine ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. then i serve it with any of the following:.
- 2 whole wheat mini pita bread, sliced baby carrots, or bell pepper strips.
- 3 for side you can try:.
- 4 squeeze yogurt.
- 5 fruit cup, packed in its own juice.
- 6 applesauce.
- 7 skim-milk pudding cup.
- 8 low-fat string cheese.
- 9 this is much healthier than the lunchables that you buy at the store.
