- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Recipe
- 1 in a blender, purée the tofu to a smooth paste.
- 2 add the melted chocolate and blend thoroughly.
- 3 pour the mousse into six individual dessert bowls and chill.
