Ingredients
- Servings: 5
- 150 g chocolate
- 5 eggs
- 10 ml rum
- 35 g caster sugar
- 300 ml cream
Recipe
- 1 melt the chocolate over a bain marie.
- 2 separate the eggs.
- 3 whisk together the egg whites and sigar.
- 4 lightly whip the cream.
- 5 add the egg yolks one at a time to the melted chocolate then add the rum.
- 6 beat in well.
- 7 next fold in the egg mix.
- 8 lastly fold in the cream.
- 9 refrigerate until set.
