Chocolate Mousse (gelatine Free)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 150 g chocolate
  • 5 eggs
  • 10 ml rum
  • 35 g caster sugar
  • 300 ml cream

Recipe

  • 1 melt the chocolate over a bain marie.
  • 2 separate the eggs.
  • 3 whisk together the egg whites and sigar.
  • 4 lightly whip the cream.
  • 5 add the egg yolks one at a time to the melted chocolate then add the rum.
  • 6 beat in well.
  • 7 next fold in the egg mix.
  • 8 lastly fold in the cream.
  • 9 refrigerate until set.
