- 16 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces fat free sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 3/4 cup splenda sugar blend for baking
- 1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1/2 cup cool whip free
- 1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 tablespoon butterscotch topping
Recipe
- 1 bake the pie shell.
- 2 mix 1st 3 ingredients.
- 3 fold in the next 3 ingredients.
- 4 pour into baked shell.
- 5 refrigerate till set.
- 6 drizzle butterscotch topping over pie.
- 7 refrigerate leftovers if you have any:).
