No-bake Diabetic Butterscotch Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 16 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces fat free sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 3/4 cup splenda sugar blend for baking
  • 1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cool whip free
  • 1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 tablespoon butterscotch topping

Recipe

  • 1 bake the pie shell.
  • 2 mix 1st 3 ingredients.
  • 3 fold in the next 3 ingredients.
  • 4 pour into baked shell.
  • 5 refrigerate till set.
  • 6 drizzle butterscotch topping over pie.
  • 7 refrigerate leftovers if you have any:).
