My Mom's Corn Pudding

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 (16 1/2 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3 eggs, beaten

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325°f.
  • 2 mix flour and corn.
  • 3 then add sugar, milk, salt and butter.
  • 4 add eggs and mix well.
  • 5 pour corn mixture into a greased 1 quart casserole dish.
  • 6 place casserole into a larger pan and fill the larger pan half way up with hot water.
  • 7 bake for 1 hour in the 325°f oven.
