Mock Rice Pudding..low Fat Low Carb

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/3 cup low-fat small-curd cottage cheese
  • 1/3-2/3 cup reddi whip fat-free whipped topping
  • splenda sugar substitute (to taste)
  • cinnamon (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 combine cottage cheese, whip cream and splenda together.
  • 2 mix well.
  • 3 sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  • 4 enjoy!
