Ingredients

- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 (20 ounce) can chunk pineapple, drained
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) container fat-free cool whip
Recipe
- 1 blend together crushed pineapple and cream cheese.
- 2 add pudding mix and stir well.
- 3 add drained chunk pineapple and cool whip. stir well. put into a 9x9 pan. chill.
- 4 for a 9x13 pan just double everything.
