Honey's Corn Pudding

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 3 cups corn, fresh or frozen
- 3 eggs (beaten & frothy)
Recipe
- 1 butter a casserole dish (i use a rectangular 1. 5 qt... round one works well, too).
- 2 beat eggs until frothy and set aside.
- 3 melt butter in saucepan.
- 4 stir in flour, salt and sugar.
- 5 cook until bubbly.
- 6 add milk and cook until thick.
- 7 stir in corn.
- 8 stir in eggs that have been beaten.
- 9 pour into well buttered casserole dish.
- 10 bake in a hot water bath at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- 11 (sit the dish down into a larger pan or casserole dish that contains an inch of water).
