Healthy Tofu Banana Pudding

Total Time: 3 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 16 ounces silken tofu
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 bananas, very ripe ones
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 blend tofu and bananas in a blender.
  • 2 melt chocolate in a double boiler.
  • 3 pour the chocolate into the blender, blend well.
  • 4 add the vinegar to the blender.
  • 5 mix until all of the ingredients are combined.
  • 6 pour mixture into a shallow dish.
  • 7 refrigerate for three hours.
