Ingredients

- 16 ounces silken tofu
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 bananas, very ripe ones
- 2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
Recipe
- 1 blend tofu and bananas in a blender.
- 2 melt chocolate in a double boiler.
- 3 pour the chocolate into the blender, blend well.
- 4 add the vinegar to the blender.
- 5 mix until all of the ingredients are combined.
- 6 pour mixture into a shallow dish.
- 7 refrigerate for three hours.
