Graham Cracker Pudding Ii
Ingredients

- 17 graham crackers, crushed into crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Recipe
- 1 mix together topping.
- 2 reserve 1/2 cup for topping press remainder into deep pie plate or shallow baking dish.
- 3 bake in slow oven (325) until brown.

- 5 cook in double boiler and fill crust.
- 6 sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup crumbs on and cover with meringue.
- 7 brown in oven.
