Graham Cracker Pudding Ii

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 17 graham crackers, crushed into crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg whites, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe

  • 1 mix together topping.
  • 2 reserve 1/2 cup for topping press remainder into deep pie plate or shallow baking dish.
  • 3 bake in slow oven (325) until brown.

  • 5 cook in double boiler and fill crust.
  • 6 sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup crumbs on and cover with meringue.
  • 7 brown in oven.
