Easy Chocolate Mousse

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 -3 ounces melted unsweetened chocolate
  • 16 ounces whipping cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon stevia
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon raw vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 melt chocolate (we use ghirardelli 100% cacao) in a double broiler.
  • 2 beat whipping cream, stevia and sugar until soft peaks form.
  • 3 add 1/2 of the chocolate to the whipping cream, mix well.
  • 4 add remaining chocolate, mix well. chill and enjoy.
