Ingredients
- 2 -3 ounces melted unsweetened chocolate
- 16 ounces whipping cream
- 1/4 teaspoon stevia
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon raw vanilla
Recipe
- 1 melt chocolate (we use ghirardelli 100% cacao) in a double broiler.
- 2 beat whipping cream, stevia and sugar until soft peaks form.
- 3 add 1/2 of the chocolate to the whipping cream, mix well.
- 4 add remaining chocolate, mix well. chill and enjoy.
