Cornbread Pudding

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup self-rising cornmeal (either way)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 mix dry ingredients together then add liquids. melt 1/4 cup crisco in 9 by 13 inch pan, (glass or metal) and pour mixture over top of very hot, melted crisco. don't over stir mixture.
- 2 bake in 425 degree oven for approximately 30-40 minutes. (depending on oven).
- 3 great just from the oven or cold.
