Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh corn, cut from the cob
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 5 1/2 cups milk
Recipe
- 1 mix together all ingredients.
- 2 pour into greased pudding dish and bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until firm.
