Corn Pudding

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups fresh corn, cut from the cob
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 5 1/2 cups milk

Recipe

  • 1 mix together all ingredients.
  • 2 pour into greased pudding dish and bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until firm.
