Chocolate Blender Pudding

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 2 cups milk
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe

• 1 place all ingredients in a blender except butter and vanilla and process on high until smooth.
• 2 cook and stir constantly over medium heat until boil stage.
• 3 reduce heat to simmer and cook two more minutes while continuing to stir.
• 4 remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
• 5 chill until firm.
