- 24 ounces creamed corn
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 240 ml 35% cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix together eggs, cream, sugar, salt and pepper.
- 2 add creamed corn; mix well and heat up in skillet – do not boil.
- 3 pour corn mixture into greased ramekins and bake in hot water bath at 375°f until set (about 1 hour).
- 4 turn out onto plates and serve.
