Creole Corn Pudding

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 24 ounces creamed corn
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 240 ml 35% cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix together eggs, cream, sugar, salt and pepper.
  • 2 add creamed corn; mix well and heat up in skillet – do not boil.
  • 3 pour corn mixture into greased ramekins and bake in hot water bath at 375°f until set (about 1 hour).
  • 4 turn out onto plates and serve.
