Fran's Butterscotch Supremes

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1 (20 ounce) carton cool whip
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages butterscotch pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk

Recipe

  • 1 layer 1 - mix the flour, margarine and 2/3 cups nuts.
  • 2 press into a 9x13 inch pan and bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes - let cool.
  • 3 layer 2 - cream together the cream cheese, 2/3rds of the cool whip and powdered sugar.
  • 4 spread on top of crust.
  • 5 layer 3 - mix the pudding mix and milk together.
  • 6 layer on top of cheese mixture.
  • 7 top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle the nuts on top.
