Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons strong brewed coffee or 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 -3 egg yolks
- 1 1/4 cups whipping cream
Recipe
- 1 melt chocolate in a double boiler or in a pan with hot water.
- 2 add sugar, coffe/cocoa, and egg yolks, one at a time. stir until mixture has thickened. remove from heat. let cool.
- 3 whip cream. add to slightly cooled mixture.
- 4 spoon mousse into individual serving dishes. cover. let cool in refridgerator 1 hour.
- 5 garnish each serving with a spoonful of whipped cream.
