Chocolate Mousse - Low Carb

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 6 packets equal sugar substitute
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Recipe

  • 1 whip the cream with electric mixer.
  • 2 add equal one packet at a time.
  • 3 add vanilla and cocoa powder, and beat until almost stiff.
  • 4 scrape down and mix again.
  • 5 place in serving dishes, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.
  • 6 serve within 4 hours of preparation.
