No Fuss Banana Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup cold 2% low-fat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 (12 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
- 2 medium firm bananas, sliced
- additional banana (optional)
- lemon juice (for dipping)
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, whisk milk, vanilla, and pudding mix for 2 minutes.
- 2 let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set.
- 3 fold in 3 cups whipped topping.
- 4 pour 1 1/3 cups of the pudding mixture into pie crust.
- 5 layer with banana slices, and the remaining pudding mixture.
- 6 top with remaining whipped topping.
- 7 garnish with additional banana slices dipped in lemon juice if desired.
- 8 refrigerate until serving.
