No Fuss Banana Cream Pie

Total Time: 11 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold 2% low-fat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 (12 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
  • 2 medium firm bananas, sliced
  • additional banana (optional)
  • lemon juice (for dipping)

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, whisk milk, vanilla, and pudding mix for 2 minutes.
  • 2 let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set.
  • 3 fold in 3 cups whipped topping.
  • 4 pour 1 1/3 cups of the pudding mixture into pie crust.
  • 5 layer with banana slices, and the remaining pudding mixture.
  • 6 top with remaining whipped topping.
  • 7 garnish with additional banana slices dipped in lemon juice if desired.
  • 8 refrigerate until serving.
