Lemon Snow

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 2 eggs
• 1 package lemon flavor instant pudding and pie filling
• 2 cups boiling water
• 1 teaspoon sugar

Recipe

• 1 separate yolks from whites.
• 2 place whites (and beaters) in freezer to cool.
• 3 stir yolks& combine with lemon pie filling in a heavy saucepan.
• 4 add boiling water& mix well.
• 5 cook over low heat until thickened.
• 6 add sugar to egg whites& whip.
• 7 mix with lemon/yolk mixture.
• 8 pour into dessert dishes& refrigerate.
• 9 top with a dollop of whip cream (optional).
