Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 eggs
- 1 package lemon flavor instant pudding and pie filling
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Recipe
- 1 separate yolks from whites.
- 2 place whites (and beaters) in freezer to cool.
- 3 stir yolks& combine with lemon pie filling in a heavy saucepan.
- 4 add boiling water& mix well.
- 5 cook over low heat until thickened.
- 6 add sugar to egg whites& whip.
- 7 mix with lemon/yolk mixture.
- 8 pour into dessert dishes& refrigerate.
- 9 top with a dollop of whip cream (optional).
