Knobby Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted margarine (i use butter or vegetable oil)
- 1 egg
- 3 cups diced rhubarb
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 cream sugar, margarine, egg and vanilla.
- 2 sift flour to spices; add to creamed mixture. stir in rhubarb and nuts.
- 3 turn in to a greased and floured 8-inch square pan.
- 4 bake at 350°f for 45 minutes or until done.
