Hot Fudge Pudding

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 1 cup flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 6 tablespoons cocoa
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 tablespoon melted shortening
• 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1 1/4 cups hot water

Recipe

• 1 mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and 2 tablespoons of cocoa.
• 2 stir in the milk, vanilla and melted shortening.
• 3 add to the dry ingredients.
• 4 mix well, then stir in the nuts.
• 5 pour into a 9" baking pan.
• 6 mix brown sugar with 4 remaining tablespoons of cocoa. sprinkle over the batter in the pan.
• 7 pour on the melted butter, then pour on the hot water.
• 8 bake 350 for 40 mins.
• 9 serve hot.
