• 1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
• 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
• 10 gummi worms

• make instant pudding according to directions on box.
• dump pudding into pie crust.
• spread whipped topping on top of the pudding.
• refrigerate until not too gooey.
• garnish with gummy worms.
