Chocolate Pudding Cake (low Calorie)

Ingredients

- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder, plus
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 1/2 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Recipe
- 1 spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- 2 in a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
- 3 whisk in remaining cake ingredients, blending thoroughly.
- 4 pour into baking pan, spreading evenly.
