Bubby Z's Corn Pudding

Ingredients

- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1 (14 1/4 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (8 ounce) package jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 6 (1 g) splenda quick packs
Recipe
- 1 stir all ingredients togther in bowl and pour into a greased 13 x 9 cassereole dish. bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes -- or until lightly browned on top and set. can be served warm (best!) or cold.
