Ingredients

- 2 egg yolks (beaten until thick)
- 1/4 cup sherry wine
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup condensed milk
Recipe
- 1 thoroughly chill milk and then whip.
- 2 beat egg yolks with sugar, wine and flavoring.
- 3 add cream and beat.
- 4 serve on holiday steamed pudding.
