Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups fresh milk
- 6 tablespoons cornstarch
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a medium sauce pan and cook over med-high heat until thick.
- 2 stir constantly with a wire whisk so it won't scorch or clump.
- 3 pour into buttered casserole dish .
- 4 cool completely. refrigerate.
