Irish Dessert

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
• 1 cup miniature marshmallow (optional)
• 1 (8 ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping, defrosted (cool whip)

Recipe

• 1 combine pineapple and juice with pudding mix.
• 2 add nuts and marshmallows (if desired) and stir until combined.
• 3 fold in cool whip and mix well.
• 4 place in individual serving dishes or a medium bowl.
• 5 chill for at least an hour.
• 6 enjoy!
